Indoor Flying @ Cookstown

After losing our weekly indoor venue, we've managed to book Cookstown leisure centre every fortnight. Indoor flying was first established in 2005 and was organised by both Dungannon MFC and KestrelsMFC. The sessions grew over the last 2 years and we welcomed pilots from Banbridge, Letterkenny, Ballymena, Ballymoney, Belfast, Omagh and Langford Lodge to name but a few. Electric Heli's such as the Lama, T-rex and Twister 3D have proved very popular but things didn't really take off untill the "DoodleBug" became available. The record for a mass doudlebug take off stands at 12 planes, all survived and flew many flights after.
